Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days of purchase.
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class Mail.

The risk of loss and ownership for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is scanned by USPS. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS.

All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to contact USPS. If a package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise.

British Virgin Islands (BVI) Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3–7 business days of purchase.

All BVI orders are forwarded via the United States Postal Service to Khoy's Mailing and Delivery Service.
